Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product roadmap: define priorities, manage the backlog, run sprints, and hold the development team accountable to delivery timelines.
Drive our website rebuild from requirements through launch.
Own API integration projects — define requirements, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure delivery.
Manage our HubSpot implementation and hold the CRM/marketing automation team accountable for outcomes.
Serve as the company’s internal AI strategist and architect AI agent workflows.
Run pilots with clear success criteria and measure ROI.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in product management, product ownership, or cross-functional technology leadership role
Deep, hands-on understanding of AI and large language models
Proven ability to manage developers and hold technical teams accountable
Experience managing website builds and API integrations
Working knowledge of HubSpot
Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable operating with high autonomy, limited supervision, and real accountability for results
Experience in real estate, transaction management, or proptech is a plus
