About the role

  • Lead brand’s digital marketing strategy execution. This includes websites, blog, social media, SEO and SEM, paid media, digital assets, and web analytics.
  • Lead internal interactive initiatives for the team and manage external partners to develop and implement strategies that deliver volume and quality engagement among target audiences across all digital touch points.
  • Develop engaging marketing campaigns that deliver brand promise and calls to action that result in increased engagement and lead generation production.
  • Review reporting and interpret insights from analytics that result in making ongoing recommendations for improvements in digital marketing strategies.
  • Improve usability, design, content, and conversion of the varied digital media sites.
  • Provide strategic direction, education and leadership on all digital marketing efforts.
  • Be on the forefront of exploring new technologies and media platforms, and the development of strategies to drive engagement (online display, paid search, SEO, social media, marketing automation, mobile, etc.) and other technological advances.
  • Manage content strategy including creation and delivery of engaging Blog and social media content.
  • Work closely with other team members to provide direction on individual digital marketing efforts and how they fit into the overall team strategy.
  • Define success criteria & metrics for digital marketing efforts.
  • Create and maintain competitive information & analysis.
  • Design/script, edit and distribute videos.
  • Creates, markets, and implements client events throughout the year (3-5 per year including: Client Appreciation Party, Thanksgiving Pies, others TBD)
  • Tracking ROI on marketing efforts and lead conversion.
  • Marketing all listings by creating property brochures, writing property descriptions, promotional materials for team door knocking/open houses, voice recordings for IVR as needed.

Requirements

  • Integrated Digital Marketing experience and a minimum of [5 years] experience creating digital solutions using emerging technologies, including management responsibility in an online environment.
  • Experienced in leading digital strategy.
  • Understanding of marketing communication planning, interactive design and consultation, creative development and execution, advertising, media planning and market research.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM and experience with implementing programs that adjust with technology changes to maintain and continually improve search results.
  • Experience with interactive marketing analytical solutions.
  • Experienced in the use of Content Management System (CMS) solutions including WordPress.
  • Experience with developing video for digital marketing efforts.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
