About the role

  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training for CLT (company-employed) and agency promoters
  • Monitor and evaluate in-store execution (organization, cleanliness, planogram compliance and relationship with store staff/point of sale)
  • Support special activities, promotional campaigns and events
  • Participate in store openings and implement store layouts according to brand guidelines
  • Provide operational coverage in the event of promoter absences
  • Consolidate field information, record incidents and assist in results analysis

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Proven experience in merchandising required
  • Knowledge of planograms
  • Extensive merchandising experience in the specified region
  • Experience working with agencies
  • Experience using a field visit management tool
  • Valid driver's license (A/B) and own transportation
  • Reside in the Londrina, PR region
