About the role

  • With your passion for fashion, you will be responsible for planning, managing and optimizing our CRM campaigns
  • Data-driven development of our customer communications
  • Contribute to increasing customer activity and loyalty within the PKZ Group
  • Support the further development of the PKZ Group's CRM strategy
  • Lead CRM campaign management at PKZ: from concept and audience selection to performance analysis
  • Responsible for the PKZ CRM system as well as data-driven analyses, dashboards and reporting in collaboration with external CRM partners
  • Lead cross-functional CRM projects
  • Establish, document and maintain best practices in CRM campaign and data management
  • Manage the operational collaboration with external CRM partners and agencies
  • Work closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of five years' professional experience in a comparable role
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Solid experience with modern CRM and analytics tools
  • High IT and process affinity
  • Experience leading cross-functional and technical projects
  • Leadership experience
  • Proactive, systematic and independent working style
  • Strong customer- and team-oriented approach
  • High social competence and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Native-level German; very good English and ideally French, both spoken and written
  • Passion for the world of fashion, fashion experience or a strong fashion flair
