About the role

  • You manage the entire product content creation process — from product data capture through text and image coordination to publication
  • You ensure that all product information is brand-compliant, SEO-optimized, and consistent across all channels
  • Coordinate with product management, e-commerce, marketing, and IT on relevant topics
  • Actively contribute to the PIM project and support its implementation and ongoing development from a content perspective
  • Promote an open, collaborative team culture and ensure clear communication within the team and with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide subject-matter leadership for the content team and ensure aligned, high-quality execution of all content processes within the team

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in media management, communications, marketing, information management, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in content or product data management, ideally in an e-commerce or omnichannel environment
  • Knowledge of PIM systems and experience in integrating and maintaining product and media data are desirable
  • Know-how in content management systems (CMS), basic SEO, data classification, attribute management, and data quality assurance
  • Strong affinity for technology and interest in AI-supported content solutions
  • Initial experience in coordinating a small team and the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate goals clearly, and design efficient processes
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and a high awareness of quality
  • Native-level German; English skills are an advantage
