About the role
- Bring product presentation to life in accordance with the visual merchandising (VM) concept and continuously refine it
- Maintain close collaboration with store managers, sales, merchandise service and the visual merchandising team
- Identify and implement sales‑promoting measures at the point of sale (POS)
- Creatively and purposefully execute seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate and design the store’s seasonal presentation
- Complete seasonal changes on schedule and to the highest quality
- Style mannequins and dress forms to present products optimally
Requirements
- Completed training as a 3D Polydesigner with a Swiss Federal Certificate
- Several years of professional experience in a creative, design‑oriented environment
- Strong creativity and an affinity for fashion
- Confident sense of style with a good feel for innovative design
- Reliability, flexibility and strong communication skills
- Well‑groomed appearance
- Excellent German and French language skills, both written and spoken
