• Researching industry-related topics and identifying client needs to influence our creative content, whilst working with our content writers to effectively repurpose articles, case studies and other written work
• Liaising with the wider team and other stakeholders to create high-quality, impactful content, including videos, infographics, publications, adverts and more, whilst adhering to brand guidelines
• Managing and maintaining our social media presence and generating and executing innovative ideas to grow engagement, both for client updates and recruitment purposes
• Supporting the effective distribution of content across our website, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and other channels
• Implementing brand guidelines and ensuring all-around consistency across everything we do (style, fonts, imagery, and tone)
• Using analytics data and insights to understand content performance and inform decisions, and reporting on this to the marketing team
• Staying up to date with new tools and technologies to enhance our marketing activities and productivity

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

• Join the Indirect Tax department on an ATT/CTA training pathway and work towards Tax Advisor qualification
• Develop specialist knowledge of VAT, customs duties and other indirect taxes to provide expert advice
• Collaborate with indirect tax team members on client projects, assisting in VAT and customs research, planning and compliance
• Participate in the preparation and review of VAT returns and indirect tax filings ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations
• Analyse financial data and transactions to identify potential tax-saving opportunities and offer tailored recommendations
• Support the creation of comprehensive indirect tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives and regulatory frameworks
• Engage in client meetings to gather necessary information, explain tax concepts and address inquiries professionally
• Stay updated on changes in VAT and customs laws and apply this knowledge to ensure clients' compliance and optimise their tax positions
• Contribute to the development of client presentations, reports and proposals related to indirect tax planning and consulting services
• Work with a variety of businesses across different sectors and report to the Tax Manager
• Full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) based in Nottingham with hybrid flexible working

Business Development Rep

• Support and drive strategic business development initiatives across the East Midlands offices
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with Partners, Directors, Senior Management and other senior stakeholders to plan and monitor BD activities
• Facilitate collaboration across service lines and offices to ensure cohesive BD efforts
• Manage and maintain BD activity within the CRM system (Workbooks), including performance tracking and data accuracy
• Represent the firm at networking events, client functions, and industry gatherings across the East Midlands
• Monitor competitor activity and maintain a strategic database of competitor clients
• Support identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, including tailored approaches for target clients
• Contribute to pitch documents and ensure BD best practices are followed
• Handle website enquiries and direct them to the most appropriate teams to maximise conversion
• Gather insights from market trends and competitor analysis to inform BD strategy
