About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide daily general HR support to defined client groups
  • Act as HR single point of contact and strategic business partner for client groups
  • Consult with management on business and performance needs
  • Partner with People Services Center and Total Rewards Center on an as needed basis to perform HR functions
  • Serve as an advocate for employees, management, and the Company
  • Provide advice and counsel in the use of corrective actions
  • Interface with external and internal legal entities
  • Partner with hiring managers to secure the best talent
  • Partner in the development of leaders/teams through organization-wide change interventions
  • Make decisions to recommend changes to HR practices and policies
  • Monitor trends in employee relations, learning, and recruiting
  • Participate in developing processes for assessing organizational strengths
  • Responsible for assigned department and company-wide projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor degree, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent work experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in at least 2 areas: leadership development, human resources, internal consulting, employee relations, and/or recruiting
  • Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail
  • Ability to visualize and solve complex problems
  • Experience in competency-based assessment and selection
  • Experience in supporting diverse business lines
  • Experience working in a fast paced HR environment as a strategic Business Partner
  • Experience with one or more of the following specialties: organization development, change management, management coaching, communication, and/or manager/supervisor/employee development programs, employee relations and recruiting.
