Senior Engineer I, II

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support for real-time Energy Management System, focusing on Network Applications
- Perform O&M, integration work, testing, operational event support, and training
- Work collaboratively with teams focused on architecture or modeling
- Act as a subject matter expert for grid operations and EMS design
- Coordinate with overlapping EMS sub-teams and SMEs for cohesive vision
- Support critical operational events and comply with security and audit activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of experience working in real-time Energy Management System
- Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Ability to use mathematical and electrical theory
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support
- Experience with power flow applications such as PSS/E, PSS-MUST, TARA, PAAC, EMS or equivalent
