About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Processing and distributing tender documents to internal process partners
- Feasibility assessment in coordination with internal process partners
- Preparation of tender documentation
- Support throughout the tendering process until handover to the specialist department
- Optimization of internal processes to realize business opportunities
- Identification of potential customers and projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent English (B2/C1) and very good German (C1)
- Initial work experience in sales, procurement, or controlling
- University degree in business administration or related field is a plus
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- Independent and self-driven working style
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
