About the role
- Oversee all aspects of store operations.
- Lead team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure operational excellence and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Manage the custom club fitting process.
- Drive sales of custom clubs and accessories.
- Manage apparel sales segment & inventory management.
- Ensure customer interactions reflect PXG’s commitment to excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze sales data for improvements.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for PXG.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Must possess a valid US driver's license and a clean driving record.
- 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the golf industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of custom club fitting processes, golf equipment, and apparel trends.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in retail management software and MS Office applications.
