About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and budget for PIX4Dcloud, ensuring alignment with Pix4D's corporate objectives.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies, including pricing and revenue growth targets.
- Conduct continuous market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer discovery to identify and validate new opportunities.
- Lead the Go-to-Market strategy in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Drive proactive collaboration with Customer Success and Support teams to resolve user pain points, improve adoption, reduce churn, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the ultimate owner of the product backlog, ruthlessly prioritizing features based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure the product delivers a world-class user experience while meeting professional users’ needs for a scalable, collaborative platform to document critical infrastructure.
- Drive product development in an Agile environment, ensuring seamless workflow integration across the whole Pix4D ecosystem.
- Master product analytics and customer usage patterns to inform strategic decisions and roadmap prioritization.
- Ensure PIX4Dcloud meets evolving data privacy, security, and platform compliance requirements for global markets.
- Embed ethical standards, sustainable practices, and scalability into the core of the development.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the dedicated Cloud Engineering and UX team for PIX4Dcloud.
- Act as the main point of contact for PIX4Dcloud for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the product externally with key customers and strategic partners at industry events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or product management role owning a cloud platform or product line.
- Proven success with professional cloud applications, where the cloud experience is one of the core value propositions.
- Strong business acumen demonstrated by experience defining pricing, managing a P&L, forecasting, and executing commercial strategies for a subscription/SaaS product.
- Deep familiarity with the cloud ecosystem, including monetization, user acquisition/retention.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex business and technical topics to diverse audiences. Fluency in German and/or French is an advantage.
- Highly desirable: Experience with 3D capture technologies (Photogrammetry, LiDAR, RTK/GNSS) or knowledge of the Energy & Utilities, Surveying, Construction or Geospatial industries.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.
