We are looking for a UX Designer (flexible working time and partial remote work possible) to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
Lead the user experience for PIX4Dcatch and be responsible for the entire design lifecycle from research to implementation.
PIX4Dcatch: mobile app that captures areas using phone LiDAR; generates 3D models via photogrammetry; compatible with GNSS rovers for centimeter-level accuracy; designed to be intuitive for new and experienced users.

Responsibilities: Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, data analysis) to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Responsibilities: Define the user experience vision for PIX4Dcatch, develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to illustrate product concepts.
Responsibilities: Create high-fidelity prototypes to test and validate design solutions and iterate based on user feedback and technical constraints.
Responsibilities: Work closely with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and Pix4D Desktop and Cloud UX counterparts to translate user needs and business goals into effective designs.
Responsibilities: Design intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent user interfaces for iOS using Figma.
Responsibilities: Champion a user-centered design culture within the PIX4Dcatch team and stay up-to-date with UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably with a focus on mobile applications.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools.
A deep empathy for users and a passion for creating simple and delightful experiences from complex workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to articulate and defend design decisions based on user research and data.
A proactive and independent individual who can manage their own projects and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience with 3D visualization or complex data-heavy applications is nice to have.
Knowledge of photogrammetry, LiDAR, or 3D modeling workflows is nice to have.
Experience working in a multinational and multi-disciplinary team is nice to have.
A forward-thinking designer interested in exploring how new technologies, including AI, can improve design efficiency and user experiences is nice to have.
Proficient English language skills, written and spoken.
