About the role

  • Define a dedicated offering for CFAs
  • Analyze the training programs provided by CFAs to map digital skills needs by field of study
  • Organize co-construction workshops with stakeholders (directors, instructors) to identify needs and operational pain points
  • Define a Pix-specific offering aligned with the identified expectations
  • Implement a targeted prospecting approach and subsequently animate a network of institutions
  • Identify national network leaders and major accounts to optimize the prospecting strategy
  • Establish relationships with CFAs to encourage adoption of the program and build a partner network
  • Facilitate the partner network through best-practice sharing and monitoring of usage to ensure the program’s sustainability
  • Coordinate the operational deployment of Pix within partner institutions, ensuring alignment of the offering with CFAs’ pedagogical and strategic objectives
  • Oversee the configuration of Pix Orga/Certif spaces and support CFAs in their accreditation process to become certification centers
  • Coordinate the creation of Pix learning paths adapted to specific sectors/professions and support trainers in adopting them
  • Drive deployment using monitoring dashboards, analyze feedback, and represent CFAs’ voice to influence the evolution of Pix features
  • Organize practice-sharing sessions and manage the network of CFA users
  • Manage and coordinate the Pix CFA project in its entirety
  • Ensure deployment timelines are met and maintain overall project coherence
  • Serve as interface with internal teams (Product, Content, Data) to adapt the tool to apprenticeship-specific requirements and measure real impact on apprentices’ skill development
  • Produce regular reporting on project progress (KPIs, blockers, successes) to inform executive decisions and showcase results for the CFA segment
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of a project officer
  • Coach, manage, and support the professional development of the project officer dedicated to the project

Requirements

  • You hold at least a Master’s degree (university, Grande École, Sciences Po, business school…)
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
  • Strong digital skills (equivalent to Pix levels 5–6)
  • Good knowledge of the professional training and apprenticeship ecosystem (operation of CFAs and OPCOs)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prospect and persuade stakeholders to deploy the solution
  • Ability to build dashboards to measure the program’s impact in CFAs
  • Ability to lead in an experimental and agile manner
