About the role

  • Support the improvement of cross-functional internal processes within the Deployments Directorate
  • Contribute to the formalization and enhancement of the Directorate's practices and procedures
  • Participate in structuring working tools and methods

  • Support the Head of Operations in monitoring certain strategic projects

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent (university, business school, political science or similar)
  • Initial experience in project management or operations management
  • Strong command of transversal digital skills (equivalent to Pix levels 4–5)
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices: data quality, automations
  • Project management: meeting facilitation, action-plan tracking, prioritization, and adherence to cost, timeline and quality objectives
  • Comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders and working with diverse profiles
  • Strong written communication skills: ability to synthesize, adapt to different functions, and excellent command of spelling and grammar
  • Ability to rally stakeholders around a project
  • Soft skills: commitment, curiosity, initiative, team spirit, autonomy, adaptability
  • Interest in public-interest / mission-driven projects
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
