About the role
- Support the improvement of cross-functional internal processes within the Deployments Directorate
- Contribute to the formalization and enhancement of the Directorate's practices and procedures
- Participate in structuring working tools and methods
- Document and share best practices across teams
- Participate in improving partner support journeys
- Activity monitoring and coordination: contribute to monitoring the Deployments Directorate's activities
- Participate in producing and updating dashboards
- Contribute to tracking activity and impact indicators
- Participate in analyzing data to inform operational decision-making
- Facilitate the flow of information between teams
- Contribute to knowledge management for the Deployments teams
- Continue structuring internal documentation
- Formalize internal best practices
- Facilitate lessons-learned (RETEX) sessions
- Contribute to coordinating projects involving multiple teams
- Participate in preparing and organizing cross-functional workstreams
- Support the Head of Operations in monitoring certain strategic projects
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent (university, business school, political science or similar)
- Initial experience in project management or operations management
- Strong command of transversal digital skills (equivalent to Pix levels 4–5)
- Knowledge of CRM best practices: data quality, automations
- Project management: meeting facilitation, action-plan tracking, prioritization, and adherence to cost, timeline and quality objectives
- Comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders and working with diverse profiles
- Strong written communication skills: ability to synthesize, adapt to different functions, and excellent command of spelling and grammar
- Ability to rally stakeholders around a project
- Soft skills: commitment, curiosity, initiative, team spirit, autonomy, adaptability
- Interest in public-interest / mission-driven projects
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
