About the role
- Speak with inbound and outbound leads regarding debt settlement programs
- Understand the client's financial situation, debts, and eligibility
- Present and explain debt settlement solutions clearly and professionally
- Handle objections and guide clients through the enrollment process
- Close qualified prospects and achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow compliance and confidentiality standards (U.S. financial regulations)
- Work closely with the processing/onboarding team after closing deals
Requirements
- Experience in Debt Settlement, Debt Relief, or U.S. Financial Products is required
- Strong closing skills and objection handling
- Comfortable working with targets and a commission-based structure
- Experience using CRM systems
- Self-motivated and disciplined (remote work environment)
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
