About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale accounts
- Conduct regular visits to client locations to promote products, secure orders, and ensure brand visibility
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory
- Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines
- Manage sales pipeline through CRM with accurate data entry and timely follow-up
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements
- Based in Tampa, Florida or immediate surrounding areas
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or wholesale distribution
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within the Tampa Bay region and occasionally statewide.
