About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in office administration, HR administration, or HR coordination
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, completed or in progress
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional written communication and proofreading abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Highly reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Professional, positive, and client-focused approach
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems or ATS is considered an asset
  • Ability to work within the Pacific Time Zone
