💰 $100,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Update internal and external trackers of title matters
- Maintain the integrity of the title department files, including templates, reference documents, and other relevant department materials
- Draft SNDAs, easements, deeds, and other real property-related documents
- Coordinate and prepare documents for recording and closings
- Communicate with title companies and clerks, and recorders
- Support real estate due diligence and title work for Pivot’s project financing activities
- Review and provide constructive critiques of third-party partners’ deliverables
Requirements
- At least one of the following: a relevant Bachelor’s degree, prior law firm experience, and/or title company experience
- Ability to multitask and balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a natural focus on process
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, learn quickly, and work as part of a team
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
- Previous experience with a title company, financial institution, or legal service provider will be beneficial, but is not required
