Chief Marketing Officer

• Drive the commercialization strategy for Pivot’s portfolio of distributed solar and storage development projects, focusing on high-value market opportunities.
• Define and lead the business strategy for Market Strategy, Corporate Affairs, and Business Development, creating a clear, unified roadmap.
• Regularly align commercial and business initiatives through strategic planning cycles with internal stakeholders.
• Provide accurate and reportable market and client contract forecasts, identifying revenue opportunities and risks.
• Oversee and optimize the infrastructure required for market adoption and tracking of new and complex products, including marketing, sales, and client relationship management.
• Lead external representation for Pivot, positioning the company as a market and brand leader with key stakeholders, including corporate energy buyers, utilities, ISOs, and policy makers.
• Establish clear project underwriting parameters early with internal stakeholders to ensure new revenue concepts are commercially robust and bankable, and designed to withstand deep lender scrutiny.
• Monitor evolution of market trends such as customer needs, new products, and strategic partnerships, to ensure Pivot’s product offerings remain at the leading edge of innovative, grid-serving concepts.
• Track policy trends and impacts to emerging and existing market segments.

Chief Commercial Officer

Project Manager

• Lead, coach, and hold PMs accountable for disciplined stakeholder communication across internal teams, external contractors, clients, consultants, investors, IE/lender representatives, and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure PMs provide clear, timely, fact-based updates using Procore, Power BI, project controls reports, and approved reporting cadences.
• Maintain alignment between Pivot, EPCs, consultants, internal stakeholders, and contract obligations.
• Lead portfolio health reviews and ensure risks, variances, open issues, delays, recovery plans, and decision needs are surfaced clearly.
• Ensure communication is direct, professional, kind, and commercially disciplined.
• Remove cross-functional friction between Project Management, Preconstruction, Procurement, Construction Management, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Asset Management, O&M, and Revenue Operations.
• Ensure executive leadership receives reliable information early enough to make decisions.
• Ensure PMs understand and actively manage the contract, not just the relationship.
• Enforce DOA-compliant commitments, change management, approval routing, and contract administration.
• Oversee portfolio schedule performance and ensure projects are managed against approved baseline schedules.
• Oversee project-level compliance documentation and PM accountability for environmental, safety, IRA PWA, Domestic Content, FEOC, permit, utility, interconnection, lender, and contractual compliance obligations.

Director, Project Management

Operations

• Provide technical expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and round-trip efficiency for hundreds of solar and storage assets.
• Oversee the portfolio from through the asset operating lifecycle, utilizing robust operating plans and budgets to drive output.
• Drive the development of "best-in-industry" data and software tools to accommodate a scaling asset base. You will ensure data integrity across operating portfolio analytics and collaborate in the enhancement/integration of advanced monitoring platforms.
• Partner with Construction Management, Engineering, and Finance to ensure a seamless "handshake" as assets move from construction into operations.
• Build and manage a scalable system and oversee external service providers for both planned and unplanned service activities.
• Negotiate high-value O&M contracts and manage RMA processes for faulty components, including critical BESS hardware.
• Strengthen relationships with landowners, contractors, and internal asset management teams.

• Maintain strategic alignment, support commercial direction, and govern preconstruction management.

• Ensure alignment across Development, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Project Management, and Construction Management.
