About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Regional Sales Leader (RSL) is responsible for building and managing Pivot Bio’s success on a regional level.
- Leads regional sales efforts and develops employees.
- Manages channel partners and provides critical on-the-ground perspectives regarding product supply management.
- Fosters relationships with key clients and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with internal business units.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in the agriculture sector, with 5+ years in people management.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, marketing strategies, and forecasting in the agriculture industry.
- Experience with ag input practices, including in-furrow and seed treatment processes.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
