About the role
- As a working student you will be a valuable part of our Marketing & Sales team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, research-driven environment.
- Lead acquisition and outreach: Identifying potential customers, compiling targeted contact lists, and actively reaching out via phone, email, or other channels.
- CRM maintenance: Supporting the upkeep and organization of our CRM system to ensure efficient workflows.
- Market & competitor research: Collecting and analyzing information on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Administrative support: Assisting with the preparation of proposals, reports, and campaign-related tasks.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Marketing, Medical or Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Health Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent German skills (C2 or native level) – You’ll be communicating with German-speaking customers and creating content in German, so confident and professional language use is a must.
- Strong English skills (spoken and written) to collaborate with our international team and partners.
- Initial experience in marketing and/or sales is a plus.
- A proactive attitude, structured working style, and willingness to learn.
