Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Relationship Manager is responsible for a regional portfolio (a group of partners) and is one of the most important pillars of the relationship between Pitzi and its Partners, working strategically to boost results and make the partnership increasingly profitable and long-lasting.
  • Apply and measure strategies that make partner support a scalable model.
  • This person provides Pitzi with a direct on-the-ground perspective. They bring the latest market trends and anticipate our actions because they are closely involved in partners' day-to-day operations.
  • The Relationship Manager is our primary lever for partner performance. Working as a team with their Account Manager, they execute Pitzi’s strategies flawlessly.
  • We know mistakes can happen sometimes, but the Relationship Manager should use empathy and speed to resolve issues, thus minimizing potential impacts on the day-to-day relationship with partners.
  • Create and execute strategic plans aimed at consolidating partners' performance growth.
  • Prepare and present materials for partners' management meetings held remotely or in person, via video or PPT, using technology to stay “close” to partners and their sales teams.
  • Travel for field visits and various online meetings to conduct diagnostics, planning, metric alignment and methodology implementation.
  • Protect the partner and operate at levels of trust in the partnership that go far beyond commercial matters.
  • Work together with partner management to develop joint strategies.
  • Prepare and submit interim results, rankings, projections and reports.
  • Analyze account scenarios and perform diagnostics, interacting with various levels of partner management as well as the sales force.

  • Full availability to travel
  • Residence in São Paulo and surrounding areas, or in the Central-West (MS, GO, MT) or North (PA) regions
