About the role
- Register and update mobile phone models and pricing tables
- Support pricing definition and adjustments
- Validate how sales are being entered into the database/portfolio
- Monitor performance indicators (sales, margin, cancellations)
- Control and review commercial pricing tables
- Identify operational inconsistencies and support their correction
- Create reports and analyses to support decision-making
- Monitor product and portfolio margin, frequency, and severity
- Support the commercial team with product and pricing information
- Interact with areas such as Sales, Operations, and Finance
Requirements
- Degree in progress or completed in:
- Actuarial Science
- Economics
- Engineering
- Statistics
- Business Administration
- Accounting
- Intermediate/advanced Excel
- Analytical profile and attention to detail
- Organized and disciplined for operational routines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and hands-on attitude
- Nice to have:
- - Previous experience with data, operations, or administrative routines
- - Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
- - Experience with indicators such as margin, sales, cancellations, or churn
- - Interest in the technology, retail, and services markets
