About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipment for clients
Support both Hardware and Software solutions
Troubleshoot and repair equipment successfully with the goal of reducing Client callbacks
Train clients on Pitney Bowes equipment at the time of installation
Work in a 100% client facing capacity as a representative of Pitney Bowes
Cover a multi-zip code territory requiring significant windshield time
Utilize hand tools or small power tools to execute repairs, maintenance, and installations of Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipment
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 55 lbs + with or without accommodation
Ability to travel within a multi-zip code territory with up to 80% windshield time
Ability to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods of time
Complete familiarity with a Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC and Networking (Preferred)
Experience with automated equipment (Preferred)
