Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver exceptional customer service that drives client satisfaction, retention, and trust
Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks
Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use
Manage a multi-zip-code territory within 45 Minutes of Portland, Maine, with up to 80% driving time
Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment always

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field
Enjoy working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components
Can lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Familiar with Windows, PCs, and basic networking (preferred)
Experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment (preferred)
