Serve as counsel on a range of complex commercial litigation matters
Step into active cases and manage key aspects, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and hearings
Develop and execute effective case strategies in collaboration with firm leadership
Provide clear, practical, business-minded legal advice to clients
Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and client service

Requirements

What you’ll need

Licensed to practice law in Florida (NY admission a plus)
Demonstrated experience in business/commercial litigation required
Insurance defense and/or personal injury litigation experience is a plus but not required
Corporate transactional experience is also a plus but not required
Comfortable managing active cases and deadlines independently in a remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Committed to delivering strategic, client-focused solutions
