About the role
- New client acquisition: You identify and win new customers, especially at conferences and industry events, and conduct initial conversations about potential use cases for Pitchview.
- Presentations & consulting: You conduct virtual product demos and advisory meetings with marketing, sales and digital teams in the pharma and medtech sectors.
- Account management: You look after existing customers, identify opportunities for expansion projects and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Onboarding & training: You support new customers when they start with Pitchview, run trainings and workshops, and assist with implementation.
- Proposal creation & negotiation: You prepare customized proposals and manage contract negotiations through to a successful close.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, sales or customer success, ideally in a digital or life sciences environment
- Enjoy interacting with people — whether at conferences, in video calls or during follow-up
- Confident presence, strong communication skills and consulting ability
- Structured, independent working style and a willingness to take on responsibility
- Excellent German and English skills
