About the role

  • New client acquisition: You identify and win new customers, especially at conferences and industry events, and conduct initial conversations about potential use cases for Pitchview.
  • Presentations & consulting: You conduct virtual product demos and advisory meetings with marketing, sales and digital teams in the pharma and medtech sectors.
  • Account management: You look after existing customers, identify opportunities for expansion projects and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Onboarding & training: You support new customers when they start with Pitchview, run trainings and workshops, and assist with implementation.
  • Proposal creation & negotiation: You prepare customized proposals and manage contract negotiations through to a successful close.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, sales or customer success, ideally in a digital or life sciences environment
  • Enjoy interacting with people — whether at conferences, in video calls or during follow-up
  • Confident presence, strong communication skills and consulting ability
  • Structured, independent working style and a willingness to take on responsibility
  • Excellent German and English skills
