About the role

  • Work on projects supporting innovation funding and open innovation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders from different departments to ensure the quality of project deliverables.
  • Active participation in meetings and technical visits with PIT clients.
  • Project planning, monitoring and control to ensure compliance with established deadlines, costs and requirements.
  • Preparation of accountability reports to clients detailing project progress, documenting schedule advancement, action plans, status of KPI collection and strategies adopted.
  • Preparation of project monitoring reports and presentations.
  • Monitoring and control of procurement and supplier contracting processes related to the projects.
  • Monitoring and control of project cash flow, and participation in the client invoicing stage for PIT clients.
  • Active participation in status report and project follow-up meetings with the Project Management team.
  • Monitoring and control of project risks.
  • Monitoring and control of project communications, responsible for documentation through meeting minutes, reports, presentations and spreadsheets.
  • Liaison with PIT’s Procurement, Finance, Legal and Communications departments.

Requirements

  • Knowledge or experience in Project Management.
  • Knowledge or experience with ERP systems (TOTVS Protheus is a plus).
  • Knowledge or experience with project management tools.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with interfacing teams, clients and key stakeholders.
  • Teamwork.
  • Proactivity.
  • Active listening and assertive communication.
  • Discretion when handling client and stakeholder information.
  • Ease in engaging with stakeholders in general.
  • Ability to understand rules and regulations.
