About the role

  • Structure communication actions and content related to Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) topics;
  • Develop outreach strategies for programs, projects and initiatives of the STI Directorate;
  • Produce and adapt institutional and technical content for different channels (events, social media, institutional materials and stakeholder communications);
  • Support maximizing the promotion of open innovation events, especially in coordination with the Colmeia Program;
  • Contribute to strengthening academia–industry relationships through communication strategies;
  • Support the organization and execution of STI-focused events, with an emphasis on positioning and visibility;
  • Assist in campaign planning, schedule organization and monitoring communication metrics;
  • Use design, editing and artificial intelligence tools to create strategic materials.

Requirements

  • Experience or background in strategic content production and institutional communication;
  • Knowledge of or interest in STI topics and the ability to translate technical content into accessible and engaging language;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe (including Photoshop) and AI tools;
  • Experience organizing events or institutional activities is a plus;
  • English proficiency is desirable;
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production or related fields.
