About the role
- Work on funding and open innovation projects, supporting the management and execution of strategic initiatives that connect companies, startups, universities, and public institutions within the PIT SJC ecosystem;
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different sectors, ensuring the technical, administrative, and financial quality of project deliverables;
- Actively participate in meetings and technical visits with PIT clients and partners, supporting dialogue between teams, suppliers, and funding agencies;
- Support project planning, monitoring, and control, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, scope, and established requirements;
- Prepare monitoring and accountability reports, documenting schedule progress, action plans, indicators, and the strategies adopted;
- Produce executive presentations and status reports, contributing to clear, structured, and results-oriented communication;
- Support the procurement and contracting processes for suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal rules and the requirements of funding calls;
- Perform financial monitoring of projects, including cash flow, budget execution, and invoicing to clients;
- Monitor and mitigate risks, proposing preventive and corrective actions whenever necessary;
- Ensure efficient management of project communications, maintaining updated records (meeting minutes, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations);
- Interact with Purchasing, Finance, Legal, and Communication departments of the PIT to ensure alignment of administrative and operational demands;
- Contribute to the identification of funding and innovation opportunities, supporting the preparation of proposals and resource acquisition from public and private programs;
- Participate in status report and portfolio review meetings, collaborating with project management on performance analysis and lessons learned;
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes, proposing best practices, standardization, and the use of supporting tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Economics, International Relations, or related fields;
- Postgraduate studies or extension courses in Project Management, Innovation, Public Policy, or Fundraising will be considered an advantage;
- Previous work on innovation funding projects, R&D, or programs financed by public and private agencies (e.g., FINEP, EMBRAPII, FAPESP, CNPq, Sebrae, among others);
- Experience in monitoring indicators, preparing technical reports, and budget control;
- Familiarity with innovation ecosystems, technology environments, and engagement with multiple stakeholders;
- Knowledge of Project Management based on PMBOK, agile, or hybrid methodologies;
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, Monday, Jira, among others);
- Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (TOTVS Protheus will be considered an advantage);
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis and KPI tools will be an advantage;
- Intermediate English, with good comprehension of technical texts and ability to communicate in writing;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
