Active Prospecting and Qualification
List Search and Organization: Organize and maintain prospecting lists of municipalities, states and stakeholders.
Market Intelligence: Monitor Smart City and Innovation rankings and other sources to identify the territories most promising for PIT products. Identify strategic and relevant information to advance negotiations.
Follow-up and CRM: Perform initial follow-ups and keep prospecting activity records updated in the CRM.
Handover: Identify the appropriate timing and stage for interaction with other areas or team members to advance the business opportunity.
Content and Strategic Communication
ABM (Account-Based Marketing): Support the team in structuring and executing ABM actions, treating each strategic account as a unique market.
Sales Email Marketing: Structure and write outbound emails and cadence sequences focused on conversion and meeting scheduling, applying persuasive writing techniques.
Presentation Design: Use CANVA or PowerPoint to create high-impact presentations about projects (technology parks, incubators, smart cities, etc.).
Proposal and Operations Support
Technical/Commercial Proposal Support: Assist the team in organizing information in Excel and Word for proposals.
Productivity with AI: Use tools like ChatGPT for content research and to optimize the drafting of documents and proposals.
Events and Visits Support: Assist with organizing and receiving visits from potential clients to the PIT.
Interpersonal Relationship and Stakeholder Management
Contribute to the team in daily business activities. Seek training and development about the area’s market as part of professional growth. Foster a work environment that promotes inclusion, collaboration and high performance. Seek to resolve internal conflicts, promote a culture of open and constructive feedback. Give and receive regular feedback to help team members improve their relationships and activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, Engineering, Architecture, Economics or Law)
Preferred: Postgraduate specialization in People Management, Public Management, Administrative Law or Social Sciences.
Experience in Commercial Areas and Business Development
Pre-sales (SDR/BDR), B2B Prospecting or Customer Relationship
Preferred: Knowledge, interest or familiarity with the Public Sector, Public Administration, Smart Cities and/or Innovation Environments.
Proficiency with CANVA or a similar design tool.
Intermediate Excel (for organizing lists and tracking).
Familiarity with ChatGPT or other generative AIs for productivity.
Basic knowledge of CRM and Sales Methodologies (ABM / SPIN Selling).
Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese
Plus: Knowledge of Public Procurement (Law 14.133) and MROSC (Law 13.019)
