About the role
- Support the management of processes and procedures, ensuring they are updated and standardized according to established requirements;
- Manage documents and records of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring proper control and traceability;
- Monitor and track institutional indicators and strategic goals, assisting with data collection and critical analysis of results;
- Contribute to the management of nonconformities by participating in root-cause analysis and following up on corrective and preventive actions;
- Assist in preparing internal training by developing materials and providing support to the areas involved;
- Participate in internal and external audits by organizing evidence and supporting the audit process;
- Act proactively to suggest and implement improvements in Quality administrative processes, contributing to the development of a strong, sustainable culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Quality Management, Production Engineering or related fields;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of quality tools — PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa (fishbone diagram);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace — Gmail, Docs, Drive, Meet, and Calendar.
