HR Analyst – Generalist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead recruitment and selection processes, from resume screening through final candidate approval
- Conduct onboarding for new employees, ensuring a welcoming experience aligned with company culture
- Support the organization of training programs and organizational development initiatives
- Assist with employee engagement and organizational climate initiatives
- Provide feedback on behavioral profiles
- Administer and follow up on Performance Evaluations (AVD) and Individual Development Plans (PDI), supporting feedback and development actions
- Organize internal events and internal marketing/employee communications activities
- Contribute to HR administrative activities, such as updating spreadsheets and systems, document control, etc.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields
- Organized and detail-oriented when handling processes and documents
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude for interacting with candidates and employees
- Comfortable with technology and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
