Key responsibilities & impact

Manage copyright rights on YouTube (perform manual claims and meticulously verify references)
Resolve editorial conflicts of works by analyzing data to ensure correct ownership
Handle license requests, answering questions and conducting negotiations professionally
Issue copyright licenses and ensure process compliance
Address day-to-day requests in a practical, spontaneous, and efficient manner.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Law, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields
Able to communicate easily and naturally (verbal and written)
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Empathetic and skilled in customer service
Enjoys new challenges and proactively solves problems
Comfortable with technology and digital platforms (experience with YouTube CMS is a plus).
