About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage copyright rights on YouTube (perform manual claims and meticulously verify references)
- Resolve editorial conflicts of works by analyzing data to ensure correct ownership
- Handle license requests, answering questions and conducting negotiations professionally
- Issue copyright licenses and ensure process compliance
- Address day-to-day requests in a practical, spontaneous, and efficient manner.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Law, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields
- Able to communicate easily and naturally (verbal and written)
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Empathetic and skilled in customer service
- Enjoys new challenges and proactively solves problems
- Comfortable with technology and digital platforms (experience with YouTube CMS is a plus).
