About the role

  • Manage copyright rights on YouTube (perform manual claims and meticulously verify references)
  • Resolve editorial conflicts of works by analyzing data to ensure correct ownership
  • Handle license requests, answering questions and conducting negotiations professionally
  • Issue copyright licenses and ensure process compliance
  • Address day-to-day requests in a practical, spontaneous, and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Law, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields
  • Able to communicate easily and naturally (verbal and written)
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Empathetic and skilled in customer service
  • Enjoys new challenges and proactively solves problems
  • Comfortable with technology and digital platforms (experience with YouTube CMS is a plus).
