About the role Develop pre-production plans for new and existing UI systems. Translate product strategies and player needs into thoughtful, intuitive interfaces. Create polished mockups, user flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design intent. Partner with Design and Engineering to implement functional, accessible UI/UX solutions in-game. Stay current on design trends, platform guidelines, and best practices in usability and accessibility. Take direction well and contribute as a reliable production artist when needed. Requirements 3+ years of industry experience in a UI/UX or related design role. Strong foundation in graphic design, motion graphics, and user-centered thinking. Familiarity with Unreal or comparable game engines. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with Design, Art, and Engineering. Curiosity about player behavior and a drive to improve how players interact with our games. Experience designing for multiple screen types and platforms (PC, console, mobile) is a plus. Experience with 3D tools or asset implementation is a bonus but not required. An understanding of 3D art pipelines and how UI fits into the broader visual experience. Ability to concept and develop UI art that supports the product’s tone and direction. Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. A passion for games and co-development workflows.
