About the role
- Drive growth by leveraging expertise in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) including CRM, HRMS, finance, ERP, and project management solutions.
- Execute proactive outbound prospecting and lead management through calling, emailing, and social media touches.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify technology sector opportunities, with a focus on cloud sales.
- Develop and nurture executive relationships and introduce potential customers to the team.
- Apply best practices across the organization to deliver against business priorities and needs.
- Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide daily quantitative and qualitative reporting.
Requirements
- Proven track record of 3-5 years of experience in sales/business development in the technology sector, with a strong emphasis on cloud sales.
- Extensive experience with CRM, HRMS, finance and ERP demonstrating a deep understanding of their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close deals, and consistently meet/exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify sales opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and conduct market analyses.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a cross-functional team in a global environment.
- Proven experience working with enterprise clients across multiple domains and verticals.
- Familiarity and proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
