Generate leads for potential customers at H&H Heating and Air Conditioning while speaking to Home Depot customers interested in HVAC Services to schedule appointments with Comfort Advisors
Proactively interact and engage customers in conversation
Set appointments for the purchase of new air conditioning/heating equipment and/or water heaters
Provide information to customers to help them in their purchasing decisions for Company products and services
Travel to retail outlet and perform independently
Track and record performance metrics in the log before shift end
Accurately and timely process lead sheets and all other appropriate paperwork as required
Ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded, including productivity targets
Provide a debrief of tasks completed daily, tasks in progress, specific actions, deadlines and daily lead generated to your manager
Attend all monthly training programs as required
Maintain table/booth with information regarding Company products and services
Observe all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties
Requirements
Highly motivated and outcome oriented
Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
Customer service skills
Experience in setting appointments or sales of some type is a plus, but not required
Good hygiene and professional appearance
Be able to stand for at least four hours at a time
