Implementation Specialist

• Lead customer implementations of integration, inventory, and order management frameworks, including early Order Network eXchange (onX) implementations.
• Translate complex order workflows across OMS, ERP, and fulfillment systems into scalable automation models.
• Develop Pipe17’s Order Network eXchange reference implementation including: templates, and reference architectures for modern commerce MCP, API and event-based data flows.
• Partner with solution engineers and product teams to optimize onX deployment, testing, and validation.
• Create onX onboarding guides, integration documentation, and technical enablement materials for customers and partners.
• Support pre-sales conversations by advising brands and 3PLs on connectivity and implementation strategies.

Order Network eXchange Implementation Manager

Sales Engineer

• Drive the technical sales cycle alongside AEs, co-owning deal strategy 50/50.
• Identify and prioritize customer use cases aligned with Pipe17’s competitive differentiators.
• Provide technical guidance that builds credibility and confidence with enterprise clients.
• Assist with discovery, RFP responses, and documentation, ensuring clarity and quality.
• Know when to engage and when to advise walking away from non-ideal deals.

Marketing

• Pipe17 is seeking a versatile and results-driven Marketing Manager who can operate across the full go-to-market spectrum; blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across demand generation, content, partner marketing, events and product marketing.
• The ideal candidate understands complex B2B buying journeys in ecommerce or SaaS and can balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision making. You are equally comfortable mapping campaign strategy, building assets yourself, managing contractors, and optimizing performance based on results.
• This is a high-visibility role where you will collaborate closely with sales, partnerships, and product marketing, while also owning day-to-day execution that impacts quarterly revenue targets.
