About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You develop the positioning, value proposition and messaging architecture for Catapult Analytics.
  • You translate complex product features into clear, compelling benefits for different audiences.
  • You own the go-to-market strategy for new features and product releases — from planning through to measuring success.
  • You analyze competitors, conduct win/loss analyses, and continuously monitor market trends.
  • You support Sales and Customer Success teams with persuasive storylines, sales collateral and talking points.
  • You run enablement workshops on positioning, competitive landscape and product updates.
  • You act as the point of contact for strategic sales opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • You conduct buyer interviews as well as win/loss analyses.
  • You develop and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buyer personas.
  • Together with Customer Success you identify opportunities for retention, expansion and advocacy.
  • You work closely with the central European marketing team.
  • You ensure campaigns, content and communications consistently convey the product positioning.
  • You define relevant KPIs such as win rate, sales cycle, content usage and launch success.
  • You analyze results and derive actionable recommendations for management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience (minimum 3–5 years) in product marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience successfully bringing products or features to market.
  • Ideally experience as the first Product Marketing Manager or in establishing new processes.
  • Proven collaboration with Product Management, Sales and Customer Success.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English — both written and spoken.
  • Analytical mindset and experience making data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of competitive intelligence, market analysis and win/loss analysis.
  • Experience with common PMM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Klue, Crayon or comparable solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, strong initiative and enthusiasm for building new structures.
  • Strong team orientation, persuasiveness and customer focus.
