About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns based on performance goals
- Develop campaign strategies for existing and new clients
- Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance
- Support and mentor other campaign managers
- Improve processes, reporting, and campaign management standards
- Identify new Amazon Advertising trends and opportunities
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising
- Strong expertise in Amazon Advertising, especially Sponsored Ads
- Amazon DSP experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English skills
