Operation and further development of global cloud infrastructures (Kubernetes, APIs, monitoring tools)
Incident and problem management including root cause analysis
Implementation of optimizations at the system and process level
On-call duty rotated within the team (24/7, with response time < 5 minutes)
Close collaboration with engineering, service, and customer teams
Cross-team communication in English (daily/weekly remote meetings, on-site team days)

Requirements

Solid experience operating Kubernetes environments
Willingness to undergo a SÜ2 security screening
Willingness to participate in on-call/standby duties (with additional compensation)
Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Experience in customer communication (nice to have)
Knowledge in other areas of platform development (e.g., automation, CI/CD) (nice to have)
