About the role

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers in the DACH region (companies with 400–5,000 employees)
  • Execute structured outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads (e.g., using BANT or similar frameworks)
  • Schedule meetings for our Account Executives
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize the pipeline
  • Use outreach templates, sometimes leveraging founder profiles

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong phone affinity / comfortable with cold calling
  • Structured, KPI-oriented working style
  • Fluent German at a native-speaker level (for outbound calls)
