About the role
- Identify and reach out to potential customers in the DACH region (companies with 400–5,000 employees)
- Execute structured outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads (e.g., using BANT or similar frameworks)
- Schedule meetings for our Account Executives
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize the pipeline
- Use outreach templates, sometimes leveraging founder profiles
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong phone affinity / comfortable with cold calling
- Structured, KPI-oriented working style
- Fluent German at a native-speaker level (for outbound calls)
