About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create purchase orders and monitor/update open POs
Manage case assignments and perform case clean-up activities
Update existing SKU information for 20-unit and 40-unit master cartons
Maintain and update UPC labels and packaging documentation
Generate inventory reports required by channel stakeholders
Assist with allocation-related inquiries and operational support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data updates
Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Background or exposure to supply chain operations, inventory management, or logistics is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Willingness to work on a night shift schedule
Willingness to work on a hybrid work arrangement in Silver City, Pasig City
