About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document HR service delivery requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption and maximize the value of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, business processes, and change management activities.
- Adhere to story writing standards and acceptance criteria best practices.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant supporting ServiceNow HRSD in a managed services or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflow design.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Certified System Administrator preferred.
- Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide clients through workshops and solution design discussions.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfort with handling ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
