• Lead the successful delivery of Pioneer’s AI engagements, applying advanced AI solutions to solve complex client challenges and demonstrate business value.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI team; foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Partner with general managers and national practice directors to identify AI-driven opportunities and develop AI-enabled products and services.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to evolve the firm’s AI roadmap and champion responsible AI practices, including data ethics and transparency.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for AI services and represent Pioneer at industry events.
• Collaborate with delivery, data engineering, cloud, and IT teams to ensure scalable, secure, and robust AI architecture and operationalize AI solutions.
• Promote experimentation with emerging AI technologies to maintain Pioneer’s innovation edge and integrate AI into the broader consulting portfolio.
