About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing a portfolio of accounts focused on retention, renewals, and upselling strategies.
- Conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for further engagement and growth.
- Utilizing sales tools and insights to prepare forecasts, track opportunities, and drive performance.
- Collaborating with various internal teams to create tailored proposals and ensure successful campaign execution.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A proven background in account management, particularly in retaining and expanding existing client accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
- Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- A proactive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment
- You're AI savvy, previous experience of Claude is an added bonus
