About the role

  • Serve as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support in all areas of human resources
  • Focus on delivering day-to-day HR partnership and execution for assigned client groups
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand business objectives and align HR initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees regarding performance
  • Partner with managers to implement effective performance review and feedback processes
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team to forecast staffing needs and develop hiring strategies
  • Partner with HR leadership to ensure pay practices are equitable and aligned with company compensation philosophy
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster transparent communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Typically, 3+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist/Coordinator background)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion with confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
