About the role
- Serve as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support in all areas of human resources
- Focus on delivering day-to-day HR partnership and execution for assigned client groups
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand business objectives and align HR initiatives
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees regarding performance
- Partner with managers to implement effective performance review and feedback processes
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team to forecast staffing needs and develop hiring strategies
- Partner with HR leadership to ensure pay practices are equitable and aligned with company compensation philosophy
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster transparent communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Typically, 3+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist/Coordinator background)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
