About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with experienced leaders to learn all aspects of clinical operations within assisted living
- Gain exposure to resident care management, regulatory compliance, leadership development, team building, and community operations
- Assist with daily clinical functions
- Complete training and development necessary to transition into a Clinical Director position
- Interview, hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff
- Support resident care, employees, families, and overall community operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current and unrestricted LPN, LVN, or RN license in the state of practice
- Current certifications and licensure required by state regulations
- Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or healthcare
- Knowledge of nursing standards, clinical practices, and regulatory requirements
- Experience interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff
- Strong commitment to exceptional resident and customer service
- Leadership qualities that motivate, inspire, and develop others
- Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment
- Passion for serving seniors and creating meaningful resident experiences
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
