About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with experienced leaders to learn all aspects of clinical operations within assisted living

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current and unrestricted LPN, LVN, or RN license in the state of practice
  • Current certifications and licensure required by state regulations
  • Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or healthcare
  • Knowledge of nursing standards, clinical practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff
  • Strong commitment to exceptional resident and customer service
  • Leadership qualities that motivate, inspire, and develop others
  • Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills
  • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment
  • Passion for serving seniors and creating meaningful resident experiences
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
