About the role
- Responsible for the ongoing preventative maintenance of the facility building, equipment and grounds
- Troubleshooting maintenance problems
- Ensure availability of maintenance services for emergency needs outside of regular hours
- Assist residents with moving and minor repairs
Requirements
- Prior experience in building maintenance
- Prior experience in managing a team
- Must possess knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, Electricity, and Mechanics
- Must possess a valid driver’s license; must have clean driving record with no major violations.
